Deliveries / Shipping: Buyers may arrange shipping and use own carriers or request assistance from us to arrange for delivery in accordance with your wishes. We know facilities to help professional with packing and shipping of purchased property worldwide and can advise you about your country’s applicable laws and import duties. In the majority of cases we recommend DHL, whom we have found to be reliable and right-priced. We can wrap, pack, insure and if necessary, export papers can be prepared for a small charge. In all circumstances we will arrange door to door delivery at your convenience. Shipping costs can only be given approximately, because they depend on the actual size, weight and also the effort of packing.   Returns: If the customer is not completely satisfied, a full refund (excluding handling and shipping costs) will be available provided we have been notified in writing mail or fax within fourteen days of purchase and that the item is returned in the condition it was despatched.
